For this one, I did not know what to do. I tried to come up with a lacy pattern but it just didnt work out (ill add a picture or 2 at the end, but its really terrible!) I ended up just doing a simple blue with holographic shimmer dots around the border of the nail. I don't know why this one was so frustrating!!!

Colors I used:
Milani- HD
Essie- Coat Azure
Barielle Shades- Provacative (for the fail one)
Essie grow faster base coat
Seche Vite top coat
